Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may be subject to an additional fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

To respect all clients, please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a need to reschedule, with deposit forfeited.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a 50% service fee before rebooking.

Touch-Up Appointments

All touch-up sessions are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy. Failure to appear for a touch-up appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of that session, and future touch-ups will be charged at full price.

No Children / Age Restriction

For safety, comfort, and compliance with our professional standards, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the salon. This applies to both clients and guests.
